'Tammi X Revolution - Tropical Paradise - Eyeshadow Palette' - Review

This week Revolution released yet another collaboration with Tammi Clarke (a beauty influencer and YouTuber). I thought to celebrate this launch I would re-visit and discuss her debut eyeshadow palette 'Tropical Paradise'. Here are my thoughts and opinions.
This stunning eyeshadow palette is from the brand Revolution. It's cruelty free and retails for £10. This includes 23 shades, mixed with matte and shimmers. Personally this is one of my favorite eyeshadow palettes from Revolution, and is also one of my top 5 of all time. I knew that once I saw this palette, I had to have it. Lets break this down into 2 parts.
1) The packaging: Everything about this palette is beautiful, but the packaging just speaks for its self. The box in which the palette comes in is just gorgeous. It is a stunning sunset on a beach giving you a real tropical warm vibe. I believe this is one of the first Revolution boxes to actually have a picture on the front. The palette its self, comes in mirrored rose gold, with the font on the front in black. The back of the palette is in black. I don't normally keep boxes in which product comes in, but this was too pretty to throw away.
2) The shades: As I mentioned at the beginning, you get a total of 23 shades. This is a perfect amount, as it gives you a wide range to choose from. This includes 11 shimmers and 12 mattes. 3 of the mattes can be used a transition shades as well as brow filler powders. The pigmentation of all the shades are amazing as well as being easy to blend.
With a mixture of warm and cool tones this palette has pretty much any color you would need. You can create so many looks with the palette. As this palette has so many colors in, I use this for not only for myself, but also my clients. This palette is perfect for any skin tone. I like the fact that there at 3 transition shades (Coconut Cream, Nutmeg and Isle Of Spice), that are suited to different skin tones to start as a base on the eye.
I also really love the shade names in this palette. Its really keeping to the tropical theme. Although it is a tropical theme palette, the colors can work for anytime anywhere. With a mix of shades for the Summer and Winter, this palette is literally a-go to.
Although this is my favorite palette, and I love all the colors, I do have 3 go to shades which stand out as my tops. The 3 shades are; Caribbean (a stunning pink shimmer, I use this all the time either all over the lid or as my inner corner highlight), Golden Sands (a bright gold shimmer, again works well in my inner corner, over the lid or I do use this as a highlight on the brow bone) and lastly Midnight Stroll ( a matte black, perfect for my outta v and to really smoke out my eyes).
All shades are very soft, and easy to work with. The mattes are very easy to blend, and don't contain a lot of all out (for me, fall out isn't much of an issue, and I was quite surprised for a drugstore palette, how little this had). The shimmers work well on their own applied with a brush. If you really want to intensify the shimmers I would recommend either spraying your brush with setting spray to really make them pop on the lid, but in all honesty, this is not really needed as they work just as good, or using your finger to put onto the lid.

This palette is perfect for travelling as it has so many different colors and wearable shades. It is also a holiday go to, as you have everything you would want and need.
I would recommend this to everyone. It's super affordable and easily wearable. Whether you are just starting out with make-up or an expert this palette is needed in your collection.
(Tammi if you read this - you should be so proud, this is an amazing palette and I can't wait to try out your new one.)
So, my final thoughts. I love this palette. It has everything I want and more. The packaging is beautiful, the shades are perfect. As this is one of my top 5 eyeshadow palettes, I honestly do not have anything negative to say about it. It works so well, lasts a long time on the lids and the price of it is unreal. £10 for a palette like this is amazing.
